Reservation Policies
- Minimum stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required
for all pedestals. Inn suites are rented on a daily basis. During
Holidays and select weekends a three day minimum stay is required.
- Confirmation: 50% of total rate plus tax.
- Balance: Due at check-in
- Cancellations: Confirmation fee is non-refundable
- Reschedule: Requires a notification 10 days prior to your arrival date. Fee~ $35.00
- Check in- 4:00 p.m. Check-out- 11:00 a.m.
- Pets (only one per unit) are allowed in select units with a $35.00 non-refundable fee.
- Agent reserves the right to change units.
